Welcome to Crystalia! These terms are the rules for using the game. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

Crystalia is run by Klowd LLC ("we", "us").

Your account

• Give us true information when you sign up, including your real date of birth. We use it to keep younger players safe (see Chat and younger players below).
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't share accounts or pretend to be someone else.
• Pick a username that's kind. We may change or remove usernames that aren't.

Be kind and stay safe

Crystalia is a friendly place for players of all ages. When you use it, you agree not to:

• Bully, threaten, harass or be hateful towards anyone.
• Post anything rude, violent, sexual or scary.
• Share personal information: yours or anyone else's. That means no real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, school names, social media handles or links. Our filters block most of these, and trying to get around them breaks these rules.
• Ask other players for personal information, or to meet or talk somewhere outside Crystalia.
• Cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs in the games or the Crysta economy.
• Try to break, overload or hack the site.

Friends and boards

You can add other players as friends. Once a friend request is accepted, you and your friend share a board: a private page where you can post messages to each other.

• Only you and that friend can see your board. Our team may read it when checking a report or keeping players safe.
• You can delete your own posts. Deleted posts disappear from the board but are kept for a short time for safety (see our Privacy Policy).
• Posts are automatically removed after 90 days.
• You can report any post, and you can block any player. Blocking ends your friendship, hides your board and stops them sending you friend requests.

Chat and younger players

Boards are only for players 13 and over. Players under 13 can still play, keep a pet and add friends, but their boards stay locked.

Crysta and pets

Crysta is Crystalia's in-game currency, and pets and items are part of the game. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and belong to your account only while you play. We may change how Crysta, pets or items work to keep the game fair and fun.

When rules are broken

If a player breaks these rules, we may remove posts, stop them from posting, freeze their account or close it. We decide what's needed to keep Crystalia safe.

The game itself

We're always working on Crystalia, so games and features may change, pause or end. We do our best to keep everything running, but the game is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from using Crystalia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a big change, we'll tell you in the game's News. If you keep playing after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
